Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotional terms for each offer. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal becomes available on those winnings.
Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated wagering, hedging across multiple accounts, or other methods inconsistent with genuine recreational play constitutes bonus abuse. game92 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where abuse is reasonably suspected.
Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotional terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from Account balances.
All Games on game92 are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules. game92 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a User's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a system error, software malfunction or data feed failure that results in a wager being placed or settled incorrectly, game92 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's Account. Winnings paid as a result of an evident software error are not valid and may be reclaimed by game92.
For sports betting markets, results are determined based on official data feeds. game92 accepts no liability for incorrect results arising from third-party data errors. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed or declared void according to applicable sporting rules, wagers may be settled as void and stakes returned in accordance with published settlement rules.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting game92 support. Upon closure, any verified Balance remaining after deduction of pending liabilities will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC and compliance requirements. Balances associated with incomplete wagering requirements on bonuses are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the Platform, you should raise it through the following process:
Disputes relating to the outcome of individual wagers must be raised within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. game92 will not consider wager disputes raised outside this period.
